Can you come out the same day?

In most cases, yes. We offer same-day appointments across Sydney whenever a technician is available in your area. Book early in the day for the best chance of a same-day slot, or choose a future time that suits you.

How long is an appointment?

It depends on the job. Many common tasks, like Wi-Fi setup, a TV mount or removing a virus, are done within an hour or two. Your technician will give you a clear sense of timing when they arrive and confirm the work before starting.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

No. You don't pay anything online to book. Payment happens after the work is done, once you're happy with it, handled directly with your technician on site.

We keep it simple. Any applicable fees are explained to you upfront before the job starts, so there are no hidden charges. If the scope changes once we're there, your technician will talk it through and re-confirm the price before continuing.

Your technician will let you know the accepted payment options on the day. Because payment is settled on site after the work is complete, you only pay once you're satisfied with the result.
